  • PPC Digital Marketing Specialist
  • SEO & Content Marketing Specialist

We're currently hiring for the following part-time positions on our digital marketing team.

Digital Marketing Specialist - Google Ads/Facebook Ads (2)

Hours available: 10 - 20 hours/week

Our pay-per-click specialists assist in strategy, design, implementation and reporting of online advertising campaigns for our clients.

This position mixes creative, communication, analytical and technical skills plus professional or personal experience in health, fitness, wellness and/or healthcare.

It is a work-from-home position that requires native-speaker fluency in American English, a high-speed reliable internet connection and the ability to web-conference with our internal staff and our clients.

It's ideal for someone who prefers to work part-time. For example, our staff includes stay-at-home parents, part-time family caregivers, and individuals training for elite athletic events. It's a great position if you have professional marketing skills and experience and want to stay 'plugged in' professionally while maintaining a reasonable work/life balance. Very few projects are last-minute or rush and we can usually work with your preferred schedule.

Desirable marketing skills include one or more of the following:

  • Pay-per-click advertising (AdWords mobile certification a strong plus)
  • SEM and search advertising
  • Video marketing
  • Familiarity with Google and Facebook advertising policies for healthcare advertisers

Experience in tools like these is preferred:

  • Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Analytics 360, Data Studio
  • SEMRush, Ahrefs, Optmyzer or other PPC/SEO tools
  • AdEspresso and similar tools
  • Unbounce or other landing page platforms
  • Facebook business pages
  • Facebook Ad Manager
  • LinkedIn Advertising
  • Instagram advertising
  • Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop/Illustrator and InDesign
  • Video production tools like Rocketium
  • Canva
  • WordPress websites and Beaver Builder
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Slack and Wrike

In addition to the marketing and technology experience listed above, the successful candidate will be:

  • A proactive communicator and quick learner who comes up to speed fast on new skills and ideas
  • Analytically-inclined, problem-solver, not afraid of numbers
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proactive communication style and enthusiasm for adding your own ideas and suggestions to make projects better
  • Overdeveloped sense of responsibility, integrity, and serious attention to detail
  • Good judgement and communication skills for occasional client communications
