No, there is no monthly or ongoing fee. Specifically:

Google Business Profile

Once optimized, Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) simply doesn't justify a monthly management fee.  You can easily update simple information like business hours yourself.

In the unlikely event that your business radically changes, just purchase another optimization package and we'll completely overhaul your Google Business Profile to reflect your new focus.

Google Ads

When we set up your campaign, we make extensive use of Google's latest machine learning and smart campaign features. Those features generally perform well and don't normally require constant attention (no matter what ad agencies tell you!).

We also teach you:

• how to review your Ads metrics and results to flag possible issues
• how to suspend your campaign
• how to change your budget yourself

If you see negative trends, we can provide a quick diagnostic and tune-up.

Kickoff activities

Once you buy the Google Local Marketing bundle, you'll:

• Set up your Radial Client Profile online
• Schedule your Strategy Kickoff Call
• Enable access to your Google Business Profile and Google Ads accounts so we can get started on your optimization

Tracking code

Google Ads requires a tracking code on your website. Google Analytics tracking codes  also help Google optimize your results and provide performance metrics.

• If these codes aren't already installed, we'll walk you step-by-step through simple instructions that you or your website developer can easily follow.

Landing page improvements

Your Google Ads campaign will link to existing pages on your website.

• It's possible that you may need to add targeted new content or tweak existing website content to help your Google Ads performance.

The kickoff call lasts about 60 minutes. You don't need to do any homework to prepare! 

Clear your calendar, join the Zoom call from a quiet place, and ensure you won't be interrupted.

If you want to include several people, have them dial in individually to the Zoom call.

No speakerphones: they cut in and out which prevents a productive discussion.

During this call we gather critical insight into:

• Your business approach and goals
• Your programs and services
• How customers experience your business

We'll ask questions about things only you know, like:

• "Describe one of your very best customers, someone you know tells other people about how great your business is."
• "What are some of the most common things your typical prospects are worried about?"

We then combine this with our own research into what your customers prize about your specific approach.

Then, we optimize your Google Business Profile, and create your Google Ads campaign and Google Ads marketing copy.
